Topic: Oldsmobile Aero Horn stopped working

Hello,

I have a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero. The horn recently stopped working.  Here is my assessment: the horn does sound off when I hit the panic button, however; it does not work when I press it from the steering wheel.

A friend had taken off the indicator unit from the steering wheel column and put it back correctly. However, I noticed that the horn stopped working after that activity. Just thought I would share that info just in case it has anything to do with the horn not working.

Does anyone have any idea as to what the problem might be?

I think you answered your own question right there.  I'd say the horn switch in the steering wheel hub is not quite on correctly.
