Yup on both counts.

The 14RR uses the motor out of the Kawasaki ZX-14. They can put out huge power if played with.

There used to be a company in Quebec that made Morgan style trikes years back. They used Hyundai Stellar front suspension and a Honda bike motor from what I remember.
