Flashing lights on dash

Hello anybody, I have my 96 Plymouth Voyuguer and have put in a replacement fuse box under the hood, all systems are working once again except for the little diodes on the panel for the air conditioning and wipers, they are flashing on and off, all systems function but these damn little diodes are flashing, does anyone have any suggestions
