The Wrangler is one of those vehicles that I hope to own at some point in my life for no other reason than it looks cool.

OK, who has stolen Shnak's handle and is posting under his name?? Certainly does not sound like the no-nonsense, sensible and practical poster we know....

Godluvem all those Wrangler drivers. The old ones handled like crap on the road. No idea 'bout the newer ones. How many other cars can you drive with no doors man!

The new Wranglers are positively plush by comparison. Much better interior than the previous version.
Still sucks in the snow apparently. Guy here has one (has always had them) and says the Jeeps are prone to spin out rather easily in the snow...with 4x4 on or without.

Lady Osis put it in the ditch not too long after I bought it. Only damaged one of the rear bumpers. She was able to drive it out of the ditch at least.

My Jeep cherokee XJ was on rails in the snow.. longer wheel base and lower CofG than the Wrangler though..I wouldn't mind finding an 03-06 Unlimited. I think they introduced a 6speed sometime in 05 or 06...
