What are they worth?

We bought Bridgestone Winterforce tires for our Jetta in January 2009 for ~ $500.00.  We used them for 9 months (Jan '09-March '09 and Nov '09-April '10).  Roughly 10,000 km on them.

How much life is left in them?

What are they worth now?

On rims or just the tires?  No rims - $200 - $250.  With rims $400-$500.

Hard to say how much life is left.  I usually hope to get 3-4 winters out of a set but our car sees 30,000 km per year.  Probably at least 2 winters remaining.

FWIW, I bought a set of used X-Ice's for $200 (no rims) that had about the same amount of mileage on them.  Granted I bought them in April (long story).
