If it comes to Canada, I'm buying one.  This thing will be soooo llight.  Will be a hoot to play around with.  Not bad looking, either.

It will hit our market too, can't wait for it. Last week started to thing about a light small displacement bike to drive around town, leaving the car for travels and so. Was thinking about the Ninja 250R, Hyosung GT250 and now the KTM enters the list too. Find the engine a bit too low but this could be one hell of a fun bike.

I'm guessing with all things KTM, it won't be cheap.  Though to be fair, every component on a KTM is top notch "aftermarket" grade.  White Power suspension, Brembo MonoBlock brakes, Bosch Fuel Injection, Marchesini wheels, etc...

I dunno...I'd be thrilled if it was $5K...But I'm guessing more.....

Bad news perhaps: http://www.autoblog.com/2010/09/10/ktm-duke-125cc-not-fit-for-u-s-consumption-w-video/

This could mean no Duke 125cc for Canada.

Canada is a different market....we have embraced smaller bikes.  In Canada, one of the best selling bikes was the CBR125R (not sold in USA), so we actually have a market here.

It wouldn't be the first time we've got a bike here that they did not in the USA.
