I understand her gripe after dealing with the same thing in that GM we owned.  They replace a known defective part....with the same known defective part.  So that's you're guaranteed to have the same issue over and over, and at the buyers expense.

It essentially giving the owner a big, middle finger.
How fast is my Supra?  I sh*t on Cessnas from a roll....

I googled to see if other owners had issues and sure enough there were problems with window regulators on this model.

Should you not have done that before buying the car, or any car.

Now do you want to hear all the issues I had with a Ford Mustang in its first eighteen months after having bought it new. Count yourself lucky. Order the part and install it yourself if cost is an issue.

And if you feel strongly about it and if you feel you will win, take it to small claims court.

As for safety issues, you report those to Transport Canada.
What you won't find in my car is a coffee, cigarette and a cell phone. What you will find is a driver; imagine that, a driver in a vehicle. What an effing concept!

A car has to do more than just perform; it has to stir your soul!

A true driver's car does not have cup holders.
