Braking parking was toast also replace the rear rotors that were suppose be replace a year 1/2 ago

Looks like the dealer in Durham did not replace them with last did the job
IIRC a dealer brake job on an E46 is supposed to do all 4 rotors + the pads at one time at a fixed price... was $750 a few years back.

The mechanic at Cobourg VW said the rears look very old
