The $140 mentioned in this excerpt rings a bell:http://www.tc.gc.ca/eng/civilaviation/publications/tp11957-chapter6-allot-94.htm#reservation 6.4 SPECIAL REGISTRATION MARKCARs 202.02A registration mark is considered special if the applicant requests a specific mark rather than allowing CCARCS to generate the next alphabetically available mark. When an aircraft is returning to Canadian registration, after being exported or after having been withdrawn from use, and the owner wants the same mark the aircraft had when previously registered in Canada, it is considered a special mark. The fee for issuing or reserving a special mark is $140.
Can you find the section on what's allowable as far as "special registration mark"?Railton
It doesn't show the CIA owned friendly ghosts flights....
This guy needs to think about turning the flying over to someone else.

I looked for combos of initials of my not so little boy anymore. Here's the registration database link. Enter C-GCTR, and you'll find who now owns the aircraft I solod in years ago. Enter any string you want...and it will show you the aircraft registered.http://wwwapps2.tc.gc.ca/Saf-Sec-Sur/2/ccarcs/aspscripts/en/quicksearch.asp
