Sleek! The quarter windows by the C-pillar looks a like the new Infiniti M.

Liken the big screen on the dash, have an hdmi port to hookup a laptp/Camcorder/Ipad?

sleek indeed.. and the drivetrain looks attractive to me, like CVT and all.. but one serious drawback: it does not seat five.

My dad used to have one of those!  Very kewl hydraulic suspension, see around the corners headlights and other way-before-its-time features.  Unreliable, but hey....you can't have everything!

Back on topic:  Yes, that Audi is a thing of beauty.  Me want.  :drv2:

This will be very strong competition against the 2012 CLS.
Hoping that Audi puts the 3.0L super-charger in it for North America.

Yes, it gets 3.0 T supercharged engine and newer quattro.  Anyone know when deliveries in Canada begin?

What a beauty.  Why Couldn't the new CLS or 5 series GT pull this off?

If you need to compare max. cargo space, here are numbers:
'5'GT is 1700 L vs. A7 1390 L.
But as said above the A7 wins on looks.

The new A6 has about 10 L. more than '5' Series in trunk cargo capacity.

Why do so many people compare the 5 GT against the A7 and CLS?
Shouldn't the 6 GranCoupe be the direct competitior against the A7 and CLS?

I think the 5 GT's most direct competitor would be either the R or upcoming CLS ShootingBreak.

This is officially the new hottest sedan on Earth, replacing the W219 CLS.

I find it amazing that when compared to TL SH-AWD the same length and weight carries a WB 139 mm longer; a cargo space twice the size (before
folding the seats for some 1300+ l. ) and engine produces 325 lb-ft torque by 2900 rpms vs. 273 at 5,000 rpms (3.0 l. vs. 3.7 l. normally aspirited).

It seems packaging and use of supercharger gives Audi such an advantage.  The MT in the TL is nice but
not a deal breaker.

I may be unusual cross-shopping these two but the S4 is just too small for four adults to go cross country.

Looking forward to deciding at Toronto Intl. Auto Show.
