If it's a 4.0L SOHC, make sure the engine is quiet, if any rattle is heard in the engine, DO NOT TOUCH IT. Beyond that, let's see, where do I start; Front Wheel Bearings, Transmissions, and 4WD components tend to be biodegradeable. Exhaust parts on some models are ridiculously expensive. Make sure before you buy that you have this vehicle is picked over at a Ford dealership before buying.
