In a Pirelli-sponsored slalom and braking test, Editor-in-chief Greg Wilson, tested Pirelli's new Scorpion Verde all-season 'green' tires against a set of Michelin Latitude all-season tires to find out how they compare.  The results, though predictable, were enlightening.

Would not be easier to be greener with not starting with a SUV in the first place? 

A diesel SUV with green tires, give me a break.
