The mere mention of "AS" seems to send you into a frenzy.   It still perplexes me that anyone gets so upset with bantering on an internet board.  However, in the interest of others who may be bored of our back and forth perhaps it's best if we continue this in Personal Messages.

Dude, if the displacment is EXACT, it's not "all new".  The intake is different, the VVT is now on both sets of valves  In the automotive world "all new" often means somewhat different

Yes, I saw a teaser scroll this morning on some news channel that Toyota engineers have duplicated the CR problem.

I guess that would make the engineers at Toyota part of the same conspiracy; perhaps Toyota is owned by PEW, too, so the conspiracy is wider than we first thought.

So is the rule that if it is reported on TV and/or radio that one must not make any reference to it here? I see most vehicles discussed here on radio and TV too. Should we not post about them?
