For budget tires, I find Kumho and Hankook tires to be very good for the money. |

Kelly tires are decent tires. Don't go with the Hercules. I used to sell them and they wore out quickly. Hankooks are also good tires for the price. What kind of vehicle and what size are you looking for? |

Nexen at Wally World is about as inexpensive as it gets for a quality tire. |

Kelly Springfield is a subsidiary of Goodyear. They do make some good value cheaper tires. |

General has been getting pretty good reviews lately. Aren't they the lower priced line from Continental? I put Altimax HP's on the SRX last year and have been satisfied so far. What speed rating do you need? |

I think that there has been more experience with Kelly Tire than some people think.
From recollection ,some years ago I checked the manufacturer's code on the sidewall of a set of Cdn Tire
Motomoaster SEs that I had and guess who made them- Kelly. So a reasonable tire but I would agree
with another poster that General from Cdn tire is worth considering (probably the RT ) in the lower price range
as it goes on sale fairly often. |
