Hey guys,

I'm shopping for insurance for my first car, and one of the companies, "Le Capitale", told me that if I install an anti-theft device, my insurance will go down significantly. The girl took the MobiGuard anti-theft device as an example, and the quote was around 200$ less per year. They said the whole thing would cost 200$, and they cover 150$ of that, so i'd only have to pay 50$ for it.

What do you guys think/recommend?

Thanks.

PS: Car is 2008 Mazda 6 GS-I4.

Does not the Mazda already have an anti-theft device, ie an immobilizer?  Here in BC a OEM device like that counts towards the discount so you may want to check into that.
