Nice car & awesome pics!

How are the little ones enjoying it? Those seats look big enough so they should be able to tell the difference... Please share with us their point of view and/or reactions... :) Thanks!

What a shade of blue!

Rob, you are the difference between someone that knows how to take pics and the rest of us. I should get rid of my upper end P&S cameras and go back to an SLR. A lens makes so much of a difference.

Here is another shade of blue that is gorgeous...the car isn't bad either...

What you won't find in my car is a coffee, cigarette and a cell phone. What you will find is a driver; imagine that, a driver in a vehicle. What an effing concept!

A car has to do more than just perform; it has to stir your soul!

A true driver's car does not have cup holders.

Cheers Nick.  I wish I could take a video of the kids when they are in the back, it's hilarious!

"Do you want to go in Daddy's car or Mummy's car?"
"DADDY'S CAR DADDY'S CAR!!"
Arianwen (my youngest, just turned two) says... "Start your engines!"

strap them in, off we go.

"Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, giggle giggle, faster daddy faster!!"

 :rofl2: :rofl2: :rofl2: :rofl2:

Every morning!  I might just do the video.

Thanks hcrv, much appreciated!  :)

How is that pronounced??

Aree Anne Wen

It's Welsh. It means silver woman or fair woman.

Here she is, my daughter not the car!  :rofl2:

Rob, I know it is mostly you, but a good camera and great lens helps. What are you using again?

Funny my kids (especially my 3 year old Daughter) are the same way with the GTI.

She always says Dad can we go in your car. I say sure. She says can we go in SPORT MODE? (That's what they call manual mode in the DSG) So go up the off ramp popping off a few manual shifts with the DSG. What does she say at the end of the off ramp? AGAIN!

The funny thing is that we got behind a cop one day and although I do not exceed the speed limit when we accelerate I do pick up speed quickly. So since the cop is in front I don;t want to pass so I go quite gently.

This little voice from the back says "Daddy are we in SPORT MODE"

YES honey I say.

Long pause....

"Daddy..is this a slower version of sport mode?"

Hey Bob, cool seeing you today!  The profile of your car in person looks even better than in the pics, and that engine sound is great!  :)

The other car in the pic isn't bad either (B7 RS4 I am assuming).
