Yes...that's a tagline I just heard on a Detroit channel, with an ominous sound in the newscasters voice...LOL

We have the shipwreck of the vessel that caused the downfall of Detroit & Chicago on our beach.
(Fort Detroit & Fort Dearborn).  Called the "HMS General Hunter" in War of 1812 it turns out we knew and American General Hull
did not know (Info. mgt.-- even back then) that Washington had declared war on British and we captured all defences
secret plans on Hull's vessel going from Toledo to Fort Detroit (without a shot fired)  (sort of like 3 to 2 oin today's game.)

Southampton, Ontario beach wreck.

History repeating itself--full circle.
