Good Snowbrush that doesn't scratch paint?

What type of snow brush does everyone use? We have always used the cheap kind, with hard bristles. This is really hard on the car's finish...so I have been searching for better brushes. I have read about the "Sno Brum", but its quite hard to find in Canada...

Any ideas? We don't want to scratch up the TSX and the 330i's paint

Just to take the snow off the hood, roof etc??  California water blade works..otherwise throw a microfiber cloth on the bristles of a normal snowbrush

A leaf blower is gentle too. Just blows the snow off the car all over. As long as not turn in to a layer of ice under the snow your fine.

Got a brush in 2003 at Wal-Mart that has really soft bristles. Found another one this winter for the future mother-in-law with soft bristles from Canadian Tire. Just shop around and touch them.

Or do what everyone in Scarborough does, drive fast and let nature take care of the snow and let it blow off naturally.

There was enough to use my snowblower a few times, about 4 times, however, I have a park entrance right beside the house and the house backs onto the park. I tend to get the snow drifting in. We'll see what happens Tuesday-Wednesday.

Cripes, they're just daily drivers. 

I've had both, the stiff nylon bristle brush and the brush that looks like it uses the same bristles as those poly paint brushes. I see no difference unless you are pressing the bush hard into the paint surface, but then I have light coloured cars which don't show fine scratches or swirls as easily. The poly bristle style bush clogs up easily in wet snow.
