RECOMMEND a CAR WASH in GTA and around

Describe it as accurate as possible or simply say why you liked it compared to other shoddy ones. 5 votes per person which you can also change later. I'll try to add the locations to the poll as we go.  :)

The sunoco at Rutherford/ Dufferin I went through today.
Touchless. Eco brilliant option. 12 bucks. Works around a stopped car, not a conveyor belt type.

Cycle:

1. Wheels / undercarriage pressure wash while entering
2. First white soap
3. Soak
4. Second white soap
5. "Pink" soap
6. First pressure wash
7. Second (!) pressure wash
8. Wax rain
9. Over 1 minute dry while exiting.

Very satisfied. They also gave me a 15% discount for the next wash within 10 days.

Any of the Glide washes from PetroCan work very well.  They do a great job...getting even the wheels pretty clean.

Don't ask Railton though...he'll tell you it does a number on the paint job if the door doesn't go up when it's supposed to!
If it flies, floats or f#%&s...rent it.

$12 :o,
I can find better use of $12, that like 1/2 tank on the Prius,  1/2 OF a 24, or BOTTLE OF WINE  ;D

My driveway.  It's a little cold but I can take my sweet time.

$12 also buys a lot of car wash soap.  It can keep you washing for a couple of years.

Actually, TG speaks the truth. I just bought another 90 day card (now that my free 3 months card was up. Thanks PC) costs around $150 for 90 car washes with the works including vacuum/spot cleaner. If you get your gas at PC and earn enough points you can get yourself a $25 or $50 gift card to put against the cost of the card.

If you purchase a Glide card from PC they also work at any PC Superworks washes as well. ;)

My vehicles do not get done much in the winter but the other day it was so warm in TO that I hooked up the hose and washed the car down with warm water and a mop and sponge. I always use dish soap regardless and never had a problem with this. Other than that I use touchless spray clean booths. Maybe not as good a job as flailing brushes but no problem with scratches so far.

One wash a day for 90 days no matter what car/truck. The days there is something wrong with the wash you get a free one or you can just go to another location.

If I understand correctly it's valid for 90 days after the purchase of the card. Correct?

Do you guys have any of the car washes where they towel dry the car by hand, or you can have them do the interior and exterior?  There is one really nice one here we go to.
How fast is my Supra?  I sh*t on Cessnas from a roll....

Don't know off-hand. I will ask next time I am in the store, I normally pay at the pump.
The Glide system has a number of options to choose once you swipe your card; touchless or soft brushes, a couple of differnt kinds of waxes and rinses. If you don't like the job it does just say so and they will send you back around again.
