Huh? Just wondering why this is in the Child Forums? Isn't Child Forums for things like political debates?

Anyways, I'm going to see if I can make it. The work schedule already looks busy, but we'll see...

Yep I'll be there.

I think Jeff and I will be going on Friday Feb 12th. I don't intend to go around as a big group otherwise you never get to see everything you want or take your time, but we should definitely meet up. We'll be stopping for food somewhere afterwards.

pretty sure we will go even tho a car on order, still like to put finger prints on the new stuff coming out just as the guy/gal has wiped em all off ! lol

There's a core group that goes the first Friday every year. I usually go the first Saturday night as I have a huge report due around that time. There are zero lineups at that time and you can get through the show quickly.

You mean that Saturday is quiet? That might be when I go too, because it'll be hard for me to get the Friday off; I can already see my schedule that week will be busy.

Oh yeah, I definitely understand. When I joined the CTC gang one year, we ended up naturally splitting up into small groups anyways; we all met up at the dinner place afterwards anyways.

Saturday night is quiet.Sunday night is too. If you get there at @5:30-6 you have a good 3 hrs to make it through. Zero lineups last year on the Sat night.

Don't remember the price (my dad paid for it), but it sure was at the International Centre. Preferred that venue in a lot of ways, especially as there was so much parking and it was free. My first 10-15 years of auto shows were all there. Don't think it moved to the Convention Centre until some time close to 1990, IIRC.
