Definitely this doesn't bode well for their plans to address some quality concerns recently. Parts supplies operate on very thin profit markets and then definitely are going to have to find significant savings somewhere if this does come to pass.
I realize that the company is in a tough position as the moment, but I don't think that this will lead them to a place that they want to be.
