any Toyota dealer in GTA negotiate from invoice price + markup

I'm looking for a 2010 Toyota Camry LE V6 in the GTA area. I got its invoice price. What is a reasonable $$$ over invoice price for this model? Is $500 a good start? Does anyone know dealership welcome negotiation from the invoice price?
