So when its cold out, the Pro5's doors get "sticky" and need a hard tug to open. What should I do to stop this? Spray some type of lube where the latches are?

Old latch grease may be gumming up in cold temperatures. See if WD40 temporarily sorts the problem. If it does, then cleaning them out (carb cleaner?) and relubing with fresh white grease may be in order.

Could it be that your door seals are sticking due to freezing temperatures?
Try coating them liberally with silicone spray.

X2 on the silicone spray. I usually to this every year and never have issues with stuck doors.
