windshield blade

Hi, there, I have 01 Chev Ventture. Its windshield blades do not return to original possition and they park at open position. How to to fix it? If not can it be passed safety standard certificate inspection in Ontario?

they are made that way, look at 50% of Transport or Ventures, they look that way  :rofl:
