This was shown at the Tokyo Motor Show.  It reminded me of a Segway but much simpler and smaller.  Self-balancing. Only weighs 22 lbs, can be folded up for the bus or trunk.  Goes 12MPH for about an hour.  The interesting part is the "tire".  It's actually formed by many multidirection mini tires.  Pretty neat IMO...can actually see the small footprint of these working on a sidewalk (unlike the Segway).  And the side-to-side movement is a neat trick!

Wrong area, this is not a two-wheeler, ehehehhe. Well, if you consider each of those rotating stuffs as wheels, then it shouldn't even be in this forum, but in a truck forum... 

Though I find the idea that of a genius, the design needs some work, it looks unsafe...

Though I find the idea that of a genius, the design needs some work, it looks unsafe...

Unsafe how?  If you fall off it's a whole 12" to the ground...LOL...
