Winter wheels and tires from RSX for a Civic SI?

Hello tire gurus,

My friend has just purchased an '09 Civic Si Sedan (stock size:  215/45/17).  He has a set of steelies with Blizzak WS60s from his '04 RSX that are sized 195/65/15.  None of the online tire shops seem to allow for a minus-2 sizing -- is it because they're not set up to go minus 2 or because they simply won't fit the SI?

There's a chance that the brake calipers might not allow for wheels smaller than 16".

Yes, I understand there's that chance... that's why I'm asking here.

Pretty sure these hit the brakes. Easy enough to find out. Test fit one.

Confirmed, 15" will not clear the front calipers.
