Scion's finally coming to Canada!  Makes me wonder what took so long.  Seems to me Scion would do better in Canada than it does in the States.

http://www.autoblog.com/2009/10/31/scion-brand-finally-headed-to-canada-next-september/

And now, a quick primer to Scion's line-up.

The Scion xB is a Matrix XRS with Chrysler 300 styling:

The Scion xD is a Yaris five-door with a Corolla engine:

And the Scion tC is a good-looking-but-painfully-outdated RSX competitor based on the European Toyota Avensis (rumor is that the FT-86 will replace this long-in-the-tooth model):

Agree, always thought it was odd that Toyota didn't choose to sell the Scion line here. We are big buyers of small cars after all. All sorts of grey-market RHD weirdness about, even Medicine Hat has those tiny Kei pickups and vans.

Imagine the line is due for a pretty good shakeup, with the iQ and it's variants coming soon.

Now why exactly they chose 20 dealers in Toronto and none in the Prairies? Boneheads.

I liked the old xB, these three don't exactly stir the loins. The iQ is pretty clever whatever it shows up as.
