Its been exactly 1 year.

I have not received anything from the court. I thought something got lost in mail.

But I renewed my license plates few days ago. No hurdles. They didn't even see the emission test report they were supposed to look at.

What to do?

Did they forget or its still in the system?

Can they even prosecute you after a year?

I don't know if there is a statue of limitation.  A lawyer should be able to answer that.
