Found some used steelies for the Dakota for $60. A little flat black Tremclad and these puppies will look like new. Why the excitement? Dodge in all their wisdom decided to use a 6 bolt 114.3mm spacing which was used only for the gen III Dakotas/Durangos. The 16" option was used only for 2000-2004. This all translates to steelies that are pretty much impossible to find. Late model Pathfinders use the same pattern but have a smaller center bore so these are not useable on the Dodge's.

Why Dodge chose this pattern is beyond me. 5 bolt rims seemed to work on the Ram, why not the Dakota? Anyhow new winters on the way to mount on these steel bad boys.
