That's good.....pretty much any tire can get through loose powder.  I believe the hard packed stuff varies from area to area. 

I dunno, last year the Nokian WR G2s barely got any grip on that inch of dry starchy powder in Coquitlam and east into the valley. Even hard packed snow was a challenge.
