Saw the news article on this site, for upto $3000 for qualifying vehicles...

 But why no on da GM canada website?  What's the info?  Is this a real rebate across the board?

Ford has one, but to get 3K, you need to buy a new Super Duty or something....  most "normal" cars get you like $500 off.
