Seems the free shipping is not free. I was considering ordering some tires for the Forester, and it kept charging me $45 for shipping. $45 is not free.

Oh, it's only on winter tires. Shitty.

For fun I priced out a set and its came to $1560 BEFORE taxes. Same set I can get here in TO for only $1350 OTD.

Also....$50 to to install/balance tires?

1010tires can be a rip off. The independent stores, like Volco in Metro Vancouver have different prices too. If you tell them you saw the price on 1010tires, they'll match the price. I also don't trust the reviews of the tires either.

LOL, why wouldn't they. 1010tires owns Volco stores. Of course they would sell at the same price if u asked them to price match.

I asked 1010 why their steel wheels are so expensive ($90 at 1010, compared to $60 at Tire Rack and Tire Trends, and $70 at most retail shops) and they gave me this baloney of crap. lol.
