Very nice bike!  :thumbup:  I keep debating on getting a SS for my commuting duties.
A subwoofer should only be noticed once it has been turned off.

Go for it! This is my first SS and I'm really enjoying it. I couldn't believe how much faster, more fun and more comfortable the PW is compared to my hybrid. They're definitely worth a try if you haven't done so yet.

Last summer I was riding a Brody Energy mountain bike with road tires. This year I've got a Trek 7.5FX

That's a great pick! I can see why many people get one.

Go for it! This is my first SS and I'm really enjoying it.

I might be hitting the big fall bike sale with some friends who want better bikes now because of me. If I see a good deal on a SS I might jump on it. Between that and a performance hybrid (hardly find any I like though) or XC to replace my aging and well abused mtn bike converted to commuter.
