Great old film explanation of how a differential works.  This will be the best 10 minutes of your day.  Don't fast forward to 1:50 as suggested.  You'll miss some fancy motorcycle riding if you do.

Good info.  I tried building my own differential based on the video and it seems to work.  :)

Great find, Wink!

Sometimes the old explanations are the best explanations.  Clear and to the point, it builds from first principles to the finished product nicely.

Yes I agree, very awesome video!

random, I think the "old" explanations work because they take their time to do it right, these days most wouldn't have the attention span to talk for 10 minutes about differentials!
