2009 Volkswagen Touareg TDI

2009 Volkswagen Touareg TDIThe Touareg TDI's torquey diesel engine provides outstanding pulling power, thrifty fuel consumption and a long driving range, reports contributor, Bob McHugh.  You will be impressed with the new TDI's overall performance and quietness, says McHugh.

I want to see a reviewer park a vehicle with the  Ad-Blue or Bluetec system outside for a Winnipeg weekend at -40 with no engine heater and then start it and run it.   Apart from that... why won't they put this engine in a Passat wagon 4 motion.  Must be close to the same internal capacity.

It is a narrow policy to suppose that this country or that is to be marked out as the eternal ally or the perpetual enemy of England. We have no eternal allies, and we have no perpetual enemies. Our interests are eternal and perpetual, and those interests it is our duty to follow.

Given the prices indicated here, I would be looking more at the ML 320 in terms of something I would prefer. Too close in pricing to each other - advantage ML methinks.

After my experiences with VW resale values on my Passat, maybe I'm a little biased - okay afraid.

Yeah, I don't know where they're sitting now with the new Jetta Wagon TDI's introduction, but even earlier this year they were ridiculously insane.
