I know a guy that bought an S-class.  It was a couple years old when he got it, and he paid half of MSRP.  The depreciation on these things (and all big luxury cars) is staggering.  But, as the review notes, just because the purchase price is low, does not mean the cost to keep it is low.  Still...  mighty tempting vehicle at used prices.
