BMW track day
« on: March 24, 2009, 03:24:32 pm »
I just got this email
Dear Friends and Motoring Enthusiasts,

BMW Durham would like to introduce to you our new Driver Education Training Program.

This event consists of two components, a catered in-class instructional day followed by a practical track day at Mosport on the Driver Development Track.

The introductory price is $349.00/person and also includes a pre and post inspection of your vehicle.

There will be two sessions offered (May 22nd/29th and July 10th/17th).  All students will be required to bring their own helmet; we will also be offering helmets at a special discounted price through one of our partners.

Only Hardtop Convertibles with pop up roll bars (model E93) or soft tops with proper roll bars will be allowed on the track.

Please contact Lindsay Olender at lindsayo@bmwdurham.ca  or 905-619-5522 ext. 2323 if you are interested in receiving additional information. Space is limited so please respond early!

So that exclude your bimmer. What about coupes? They should be fine.

Wow, looks like BMW Durham is trying to sweep the legs out from under BMW Canada's own driver training program.  The 1/2 day (and less exciting) program is roughly the same cost.

But one is with YOUR car and one's with THEIR car. Correct? I think I know which one I'd pick. ;D
