So there you have it.  Two of us Mazda owners thought that you should try the dealership.  Have you decided what you will do?  After all, it's only a 4 year old car.  Your baby deserves good treatment!

Opinions are like noses; everyone has one.

Comments are correct. I will get rust fixed by a professional. I have a great guy I have dealt with in past but before that I will go to dealership and discuss matter as suggested.

Hopefully Mazda might help me.

Cannot help but be upset by this as the 2005 Mazda has more rust than the 1997 Acura I will be selling. Kind of Ironic.

I will feel better when I get it fixed.

Just an update. Got the BFGoodrich G Force Super Sports A/S installed yesterday for $735 tax in. Size 205/50/17. Plus I will get $60 back with a mail-in rebate. So total cost is $675.

Place I bought them from says customers are very happy with them and the tires offer good value. What I read on internet seems to back that up. All I can say is the 1st 50kms have been great!!!!

Feel a whole lot better that the OEM Goodyears. They were toast at 18,000 Kms.
