I'm listing to the OPP on my radio scanner yesterday and I hear a call dispatched for a motorist in the HOV lanes (Toronto) who called to complain that a truck was tail gating him. The dispatcher (I guess) asked the complaintant if he had anyone else in the car with him, the reply was no. So, both parties got a ticket, I would assume.
Talk about S T U P I D. Open mouth, insert foot. HA HA HA! No, there's nothing wrong the driver licensing system in this country.
Please, I don't want to hear about the legalities of monitoring the police.
