For people who consider themselves educated about this topic its a shame non of you has learned how to read the papers yet or is it only a certain type of selective reading that you do. I already know it is for Ovr50 already as he just loves to dispute anything I say. I always thought he was a intellignet man but lately I am really having my doubts with his comments. It appears to me he leads this train of thought and dosen't read any current news at all.
Whoa up there, old guy. Are you saying that anyone (or just me) that doesn't agree with you is uninformed and stupid? If you are, that's a pretty long reach of logic from you....

. Also, pretty arrogant considering you really don't who you are talking to on here.
Just so you CLEARLY understand, I am pretty sure I read much more current news than you do. My opinions are taken from a wide selection of news media, print (eg Globe&Mail every day), electronic (newscasts at least once a day), internet (CNN, MSN, various auto sites such as Detroit News) and talking with ppl in the industry (not daily tho). I do not read any Union publications, although I do read the comments of Jim Sanford, the CAW economist), as I believe most union's publications are very slanted in their favor (eg. my wife's Teacher Magazine is totally biased against the current govt in BC and is very NDP-leaning).
Besides, do you read 4 to 6 books, non-fiction, every month as I do? Do you read anything except what the union sends you? It would appear not.

And any time you wish to have a contest of matching wits, I would be more than happy to take you on.
Any time you have been proven wrong on here in the past, you just ignore that and carry on with your particular brand of logic. Your problem is you don't like anyone calling you on your biased-BS, and I have caught you in mis-truths so many times on this CD site - eg, remember the comment that Ford machine-gunned 8 union members in a strike dispute in the 1930s?? That was a real tall tale as told by you.
