The lack of angle adjustment on the head rests is odd. My Sorento has that and mine is a first generation model (2003).
Random, how does the headrest adjustment work on your truck? I just picked up a Magentis tester today and discovered by accident that it has adjustable headrests. I suspect I might owe the Borrego an apology if it uses the same type.

The headrests move in two ways: up/down as most do and one can tilt the headrest forward by pushing on the top of it. It is on a ratchet system which means that it continues to tilt towards the driver until it reaches the end of its possible motion at which point it can be released back to the upright position.
I don't know if that is restricted to the front seats only but I suspect that is the case.
