are the tires on winter rims or are you using the same rims

if you are using winter rims, why do you find the need to get them balance very time?

^ I actually don't $400 is all that bad either for storage of 8 tires with balance and changeover twice a year.

I think $400 is about twice what it's worth.  Tempts me to look further into my plan of getting a cube van with tire changing equipment in it and doing personal tire service wherever the customer is.
If I was closer now I'd be offering TPL a deal.

It's worth whatever people are willing to pay.  Personally, I wouldn't pay for it as I store my own wheels and change them out myself.  Tpl obviously feels that the $400 cost is well worth it.

You are correct Canuck.   For just over $1 a day I have all the stuff done for me. I get good service at the tire place as a regular customer. I don't even have to carry wheels and tires from the garage or basement to put in the cars twice a year.  As I said earlier in this thread, I did this myself for nigh on 30 years and choose to let someone else do it now.

they are put on the balancer and checked.  So if they are a bit out of balance at the end of a season of use they are checked before installation.
