Hi All,
I have a good offer on some used steel wheels with slightly used winters for my Civic. The rims were from a 1996 Civic.
Would they fit my 2001 Civic?

Bump...
Anyone know if wheels from a 1996 Civic would fit a 2001 Civic?
The wheels in question are 14"
My Civic is a DX-G which has 14" wheels.

They are both 4 bolt and should fit. Worth driving over to and swaping one on.

Thanks for the reply Steve,
I was curious if the bolt pattern would be the same or if Honda might have changed it. I will be going to see them with my Civic anyways so I may as well "try one on".

Honda has always been pretty good with keeping things simple. Honda 14 inch, 4 bolt, steel wheels fit a 2002 SIR (made in the UK) and fit a 2001 EL which had 15 inchers stock.

Need to see what is the first number of your tire. The 175 tire and 195 tire might not fit to the same rim when they both are 4 bolts. Hope it helps.

The rims fit!
In fact they look identical to the ones that came on my 2001 Civic. The wheels are mounted and balanced and I have a nice set of BLizzacks to get me safely through the winter.
Thanks for all the feedback everyone (especially Artic).
Now to find some rims and winters for the Yaris...
