On those occasions where there are more passengers than there are seatbelts, it's tempting to squeeze an extra passenger in to your car, unbelted.  But, as lawyer Jordan Charness points out, it's not only unsafe, it can be illegal.

Peter should be glad he did not do this in the UK.  Nowadays he would have had his criminal record checked and probably been arrested for molesting the boys... just for having them in his car it would be assumed that he was off to rape and murder.

How does this guy Peter get into so much trouble?!? Frankly, this character sounds like he's made up unless he's really that stupid to have so many experiences with the police. Maybe some people should never have a license.

I think "Peter" is fictional  Huh ...but, one thing's for sure, this didn't happen in Ontario.  The OPP  CityPig woulda squashed him (must've been RCMP) and then the A Channel would have exaggerated  Shocked that he was going 400 kmh over the speed limit with some other peoples kids...drunk...with a Priests robes on (hey, why not?)...and that the laws in this land are no doubt too soft. Come down HARD on him I tell ya, Peter's nothing but a menace to society.  Hey, they're only doing their jobs!  Just ask the Mini drivers.  Roll Eyes
