Nice ride.  How does the car seat fit?

Fits great. Our daughter has graduated to the Britax Marathon. Lots of space in the rear seat. Legroom is more than the Legacy/Outback too.

Wow, wasn't she just born last summer?  I forget how quickly babies grow.  Time to start working on the next one, eh?   You now have a nice wagon to fill.   ;D

Thanks. I wish Mazda would've brought the wagon format along with the new mazda6. It looked fantastic. But this one's not bad either. Perhaps it's the jet black colour with the tints shod with 18" wheels, it seems to get quite a bit of attention wherever we went.

Yes tempus fugit indeed! She's now 15mths old! Lots of fun. Before having her, I wasn't sure about kids and parenthood. But I can't imagine a day without her. Perhaps in time we will work on the 2nd.

Is this a V6? Did they quit offering the manual in the 6 wagon? Nicest 6 wagon I have laid eyes on.

What did you pay?

I have not yet taken any pictures of ours after 7 months of ownership...and now that the winter tires are on with the butch steelies, I'm not so sure I want to  :rofl2:

Hahaha... thanks. I think I only know of Quadzilla as the other Mazda6 wagoner. So a rare breed indeed. I think the manual 6 wagon is available but ours aren't. Mazda6 wagon comes only with a V6.
We paid ~$25,000+tax for this remaining brand new 2007 model back in July. It is sadly the wagon's swansong year. Apparently consumers prefer the CX-7 and Mazda5 over it. Meh, my gain.  ;D

^ congrats! I think it will fit the Avant easily when it is front-facing. Not sure about rear-facing though. You tend to lose lots of space as the seat reclines therefore your passenger seat may have to be moved forward. IIRC the Avant has less room at the rear.
