FYI - I posted a link to the Toronto Star article in today's paper under Toyota tidbits for anyone wanting more info, although they did not publish a list of the dealers.

Well....OK...more choice is better than less for consumers.

I got the impression that this brand has lost its way in the US.  The first versions were pretty different, but the second ones are much more generic.

No word if Scion will ever hit the prairies

Scions will be offered to every Toyota dealer providing they meet certain floor space and service criteria.  Smiley

That will change.  The IQ will be the first in a new series.

It's gonna be great.

I thought scions were already sold in canada, as one of my neighbors has the XB (that box-shaped one). I guess it must be a US import.

Would be nice if we'd get a few models that the US doens't get, so we can drive them there and they'd be all like hey what the heck is that.

Edit: just saw this topic was started in 2008

Autoblog's comment on their most recent podcast was that Scion was a marketing experiment that has just about run it's course...
