Wow!  You're not kidding -- that paint shines up really nice!  Good job.  Still love that generation of Foresters -- they just look so purpose-built and practical.

Very sharp looking, Vicali, great in that blue color. I'm a bit surprised one doesn't see more in that color. Can't recall seeing any in blue around here.

How was your experiences (sales/service) at Ironman; as they are owned by same ppl who own Anthony's here (and Anthony's is only a so-so dealer, believe me)?? Curious if the experience in Penticton would be better? I know Vernon dealer (Hilltop) steals a number of Kelowna sales from Anthony's due to it's reputation here.

EDIT - you mentioned "Anniversary" Forester - was that blue a special color then?

Newport blue, not an AE only color though, they also came in red, green and silver.
AE got heated seats/mirrors, old xt alloys, and the moonroof.

we actually came from out of town to Ironman specifically to get this car; a) color and b)because they were the best sales dept. we talked to, we got it in june so the 09s were out already.

I also have the Porter Cable.  One of my favorite purchases.  Makes polishing the cars a quick, easy affair...

Have not tried that glaze yet though....

That is one shiny set of wheels!  Wow!  Agree with GD -- it is a purposeful-looking vehicle.  Very nice.

You seem to have a bit of a photographer's eye, Vic.  Is there something to that?   :)
