2008 Chrysler 300 Touring AWD

2008 Chrysler 300 Touring AWD"Three years on, the Chrysler 300's time in the limelight is waning...but that doesn't make it any less desirable," says contributor, Peter Bleakney. "With a good set of snow tires, this AWD sedan would likely be a formidable winter ally."

I scored a 300 Touring AWD for a rental earlier this year. Despite not wanting to like it -- I never warmed to the gangsta styling -- I really did like it. Scads of room inside, smooth ride, adequate power from the V-6; as the article notes, the only downside was parking it due to its size, but I have always had big cars so it wasn't a big deal for me. With the screamin' deals available from Chrysler on these, the only real question is, will the company be around a few years from now?
