Who wants an Accord Roll Eyes beside you are full of crap, a load Accord is $50gs before tax

back to the truck
If you check out the maintenance for the GM engine, you do not have change the plugs at 160,000km

Only if you add $10k in accessories ... a loaded Accord with Navi including freight/PDI is $39,180.00 before taxes!

Hey, anybody who wants to spend $50k on a vehicle is more than welcome to in my opinion. I have chosen to invest my excess income in places that make me money rather than places that cost me. But to each his own.

I have noted  that many of my employees drive trucks and SUVs. They seem to get a lot of satisfaction out of them, too. Certainly the payments keep them at work.

So according to you everyone should either just walk or use a bus pass. Here's a news flash, a car is not an investment, it's a necessity for most people. As is a truck for those who need it.

Where did I say that? A car is indeed a necessity for many people, myself included. In my case, I have always tried to keep the cost of car ownership to a minimum but anybody who wants to drive a $50,000 car has my full support and encouragement.

Why anyone living in Vancouver would away their money on an Accord I'll never know. They have excellent public transportation, and you can always rent a car should the need arise. I'd rather keep my costs to a minimum and I have chosen to invest my excess income in places that make me money rather than places that cost me.

I live in Vancouver and I do drive a car but not an Accord. However, anyone who wants to buy an Accord is free to do so. They sell quite well. 22,012 were sold in Canada in 2007, making it #9 in sales. The Accord has always been the top 5 in the USA.

That said, public transportation in Vancouver is good as long as you live along the major routes.
