Something like that would be brilliant.

Just picked up the car from the dealership, problem unsolved. Had a nice chat with the service advisor. He showed me the paperwork and said "they are saying its due to the winter tires and are not made to drive in summer conditions".

I told him about the Nokian WR tires and printed the CanadianDriver article on Nokian WR, handed it to him. He suggested that try taking it back to the tire shop, they may rebalance it without cost. So, I'll take it to a proper tire shop with one of those fancy Hunter Road Force Balancing machines.

On a pleasant note, they updated the ECU software on my car, there was an updated TSB (originally 2006) to improve the transmission's response reducing lag/hesitation.

Not that I was complaining. So, anybody knows a reputable tire shop with those Hunter machines around Toronto?

Went to Scarborough Lexus/Toyota. They have the Hunter Road Force Balancing machine. LF, LR and RF were out of balance. Did a brief brisk jaunt on DVP and 401, the problem seems to be sorted out.

The spare is like an anchor in the trunk right now, its the OE tire on OE wheel. Changed tires last year.

Fall drives starting soon.  :drive: 66,000km on the car so far.  :shuffle: :drive2:
